The Impact of Human Design in Business

How it helps you truly see yourself & what it can do for your business...

Being an entrepreneur is the biggest self-development journey you’ll ever go on.

Understanding who you are & how your energy works, so you can remove limiting beliefs and behaviours, is at the core of becoming successful (in whichever way success looks to you).

So how, on top of the technical, strategic side of business, can we learn to build a business that puts humans first?

One place to look is Human Design.

Human Design is a relatively new modality that gives you a deeply personalised look into who you are and how you’re here to move through the world. It helps you feel seen & validated and offers you guidance on how to take the best course of action for you.

Let me take you through the stages of support it offers…

Awareness

Human Design is a tool that can be used to deepen your self-awareness. It's a map of your most aligned "operating system" and helps you recognise & understand what makes you so unique. You've likely heard many times that it's so important to be yourself within your business and Human Design takes this to a whole new level. When we start with awareness we put together the building blocks of authenticity.

Clarity

When you're clearer on who you are and what you offer the world via your business, the ball starts rolling and you’ll never really find yourself stuck staring at the computer screen wondering what to do next. Also, the term "clearer for you, clearer for your clients" comes to mind here. Gaining clarity on your essence and defining it is so important to setting the foundations of your brand & business for both yourself, and the audience you're building it for. It makes you feel a lot more confident about your next steps and gets you taking action.

Brand

Human Design can offer insights into your brand. It guides you into your most aligned way of being and as you shift into deeper authenticity you show up as a more powerful brand. One that's consistent and continues to grow. Human Design gives us a language we can use that doesn't give us a new identity, just returns us to our original one. Human Design impacts self image and self image impacts your brand. Self image is a perception you have about yourself in your mind. A brand is a perception of you your audience forms in their mind. Are these perceptions true?

Marketing

Marketing is the way in which you show up & promote yourself and your offering, delivering value as you do so so people become interested in your business and service. Human Design offers permission, confidence, understanding & power to those who learn it. It allows those who integrate it into their strategy a way to share authentically and with purpose, communicating naturally with their target audience.

Peace, ease & happiness

I have so many stories to tell of the sighs of relief that wash over my clients faces when they realise that there is a way to do business that actually feels "right". It feels easier, more streamlined, more connected and results in abundance, happiness & pleasure. That's not to say it's always going to be easy because you've been taught to exist in a way that may not be aligned with who you are so there is always some element of learning to do but the outcome of that learning - well, try it for yourself and then tell me how you feel.

Using a tool that helps you develop your self-image, the way in which you see yourself, alongside strategic business practices is one of the best ways to build an energetically sustainable & successful business that has you attracting clients who are on the same page as you. Whether you choose to use this system or not, knowing just a small part of it can have a deep impact.

Human Design is just one of the tools I use in my ever growing toolkit to support clients. My bread and butter is branding, but I look to the human behind that brand as a starting point. After all, my slogan is: build your brand, human first.

Until next time.

All my love,

Anna xo
